Raised in the Local Kano Street Area of Ebute-Metta Lagos, by a Single Mother after losing His father at the age of 11, He has grown to be one of the most famous Young Nigerian in the face of the earth. Respected and Complimented by World Leaders and Heads of Government, He is also a Mentor to Young People of all race, sex and colour.

Sustained by a Mothers Love and The Knowledge of the Grace of God, He is now a Renowned Preacher and Evangelist Preaching to Hundreds of Thousand of Soul all over the World. He has since been Comforting others with the same comfort of which He has been comforted.

Before Graduating High School at the Age of 14+, He spent His time studying, hawking and being useful to the Church of God. His daily routine during his High School days included Waking up Early to help His Mum at the Shop before going to School, Leaving the School Early to Attend Conferences and Getting Home Early so He could attend the Weekly Evening Service.

"My Best Lessons of Life was Learn when I was growing up. I had to take charge of my life early. I stopped depending on my Mum for Financial Support so she could take care of my Brother". This spirit of Compassion and Goodwill is what Inspired Him to Become a Leader in the Civil Society Sector, promoting the Deveolopment and Protection of Young People all over the World either affected by AIDS of Poverty. "I knew there were a lot of great things ahead of Me and I wasnt discouraged about my circumstance. I saw it as a stepping stone to my breakthrough and I knew that if I want to fulfill destiny, I had to go through that face and nothing was going to Discourage Me".

At 11, Dayo Started His organisation called the General Action Against the Violations of Human and Children's Right which have today grown to be one of the foremost Child Rights organisation in Nigeria. Working with almost every international organisation in Nigeria as a partner, from the British Council to the United Nations Agencies.

By the time He was 15, He had graduated from High School and decided to take a gap year for 3years so as to enable Him Pursue His Vision to Be the Change the World Was Waiting for. When Romans 12 was talking about the Manifestations of the Sons of God, that was Him the Bible was talking about.

Two weeks after graduting from High School in July of that year, He was on His way to South Africa and Swaziland sponsored by UNICEF to attend the (United Nations) Young General Assembly Session. A Month after in September, He was on the way to New York for the UN Special Session on Children. In October of the Same year, He was in Italy sponsored by the British Council to attend the UN of People's Conference and on arrival in November hosted the 1st National Conference on the Role of a Child in Nations Building which was attended by the 1st Lady of Lagos State amongst other Eminent Personality.

This was the begining of Public Life for Him, and today, Studying Law at the London Metropolitan University, He still travels all over the World on an average of 3 weekends in a Month Speaking at Youth Conferences and Church Crusades in the USA, Europe and Africa.

He frequently visit the United Nations headquaters for meetings and also addresses the UN DPI/NGO Conference every September at the UN Headquaters. He also sits on a lot of Committees and Working Group in the UK, Nigeria and the USA. One of such is the International Youth Committee for NIDO and the Mayor of London Every African Child Matter Strategic Alliance.

In His University, He is a Leader in the Christian Union, Secretary General of the Nigerian Society and Immediate Past President of the Nigerian Society. He is also a TV Presenter and Producer of Maximum Impact with Dayo Israel. A weekly TV Show on Dove Vision Television.

He is also pursuing a Program on Social Entreprenuership at the London Metropolitan University alongside His Law Degree. Since Summer 2006, He has been part of the Islington Council project on Presenting Yourself which is aimed at Improving the Employability Skills of High School Students in London.

He is also the Founder-Chief Executive of Maximum Impact International. As organisation involved in Building Young People's Capacity to Cause a Radical Change in their Families, Business, Studies and Finances. He host series of Maximum Impact Summits in the UK, USA and Nigeria every time of the year. Series includes Maximum Impact for Churches, Maximum Impact for Professionals, Maximum Impact for Young Leaders and Maximum Leaders for Academic Institutions.

In 2006 alone, He has addressed over 500, 000 people on Leadership, Self Development and Business Enterprise alongside His Ministrations at Large Crusade and Christian Conventions which includes the RCCG North America Convention in Houston, RCCG Festival of Life in London, RCCG Annual Convention in Nigeria.

He is also the Host of the International Young Christian Leaders Summit that brings together over 30, 000 Young Christian Leaders and Youth Pastors from all over the World holding in the USA, Europe and Nigeria.
